#EPIConference 2020 Recap

What an incredible two weeks at the EPIC 2020 ethnography conference just recently in October. This was my first experience with a virtual conference and while there are some very real cons to the experience that were unavoidable, the team absolutely pulled it off and I still derived a LOT of value and had some fantastic networking opportunities (that's me in the lower-left corner below!).

The biggest takeaway I am left with was what a great growth mindset everyone had throughout the experience. Dogs barked, Zooms froze, I attended panels at 1am because I had to miss it in my time zone, but it all worked, and was a super positive experience.
